A fast-growing B2B SaaS company headquartered in London looking to hire a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of intelligent, data-driven products.
The Role
We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one of our most strategically important product areas. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a playbook, it’s for a PM who writes them. You’ll set the vision, drive the roadmap, and operate as a genuine peer to engineering leadership, design, and commercial stakeholders.
What You’ll Do
- Set the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for your product area and aligning stakeholders to what matters
- Lead deep customer discovery and market research; synthesise signals across interviews, data, and commercial feedback into high-conviction product bets
- Drive cross-functional delivery as the senior product voice. Working closely with engineering leads, design, data science teams
- Define, track, and report on the metrics that matter as well as owning outcomes, not just outputs
- Shape go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; be a credible voice in commercial conversations with enterprise customers
- Influence product strategy and contribute to planning cycles, OKR setting, and company-level prioritisation
What We’re Looking For
- 5 years plus of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a clear track record of owning and shipping significant product areas
- Proven ability to set strategic direction and bring engineering, design, and commercial teams along with you
- Strong commercial instincts; comfortable working with enterprise customers, understanding revenue impact, and contributing to pricing and packaging discussions
- Highly data-literate: able to define the right metrics, work fluently with analysts, and make evidence-based decisions without losing sight of the customer
- Excellent stakeholder management, confident influencing at senior level, including C-suite and board where needed
- Experience mentoring or line-managing junior PMs, or a clear appetite to step into that role
- Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth environments where the structure is still being built
Nice to Have
- Experience with AI-powered product features or working alongside data science teams
- Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and working with large commercial customers
- Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, and SQL
- Previous experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
