A fast-growing B2B SaaS company headquartered in London looking to hire a Product Manager to help shape the next generation of intelligent, data-driven products.

The Role

We’re looking for a Senior Product Manager to take ownership of one of our most strategically important product areas. This isn’t a role for someone who needs a playbook, it’s for a PM who writes them. You’ll set the vision, drive the roadmap, and operate as a genuine peer to engineering leadership, design, and commercial stakeholders.

What You’ll Do

  • Set the vision and multi-quarter roadmap for your product area  and aligning stakeholders to what matters
  • Lead deep customer discovery and market research; synthesise signals across interviews, data, and commercial feedback into high-conviction product bets
  • Drive cross-functional delivery as the senior product voice. Working closely  with engineering leads, design, data science teams
  • Define, track, and report on the metrics that matter as well as owning outcomes, not just outputs
  • Shape go-to-market strategy in partnership with Sales, Marketing, and Customer Success; be a credible voice in commercial conversations with enterprise customers
  • Influence product strategy and contribute to planning cycles, OKR setting, and company-level prioritisation

What We’re Looking For

  • 5 years plus of product management experience in B2B SaaS, with a clear track record of owning and shipping significant product areas
  • Proven ability to set strategic direction and bring engineering, design, and commercial teams along with you
  • Strong commercial instincts; comfortable working with enterprise customers, understanding revenue impact, and contributing to pricing and packaging discussions
  • Highly data-literate: able to define the right metrics, work fluently with analysts, and make evidence-based decisions without losing sight of the customer
  • Excellent stakeholder management, confident influencing at senior level, including C-suite and board where needed
  • Experience mentoring or line-managing junior PMs, or a clear appetite to step into that role
  • Proven ability to operate in fast-moving, high-growth environments where the structure is still being built

Nice to Have

  • Experience with AI-powered product features or working alongside data science teams
  • Exposure to enterprise sales cycles and working with large commercial customers
  • Familiarity with tools like Jira, Notion, Figma, and SQL
  • Previous experience at a high-growth startup or scale-up
